People & access
Create owner and staff accounts here by email. New colleagues choose their password and set up their
authenticator at admin.caeloryn.net. Invitations are available for 7 days; password links expire sooner and can be resent.

Security events
Sign-ins to this console (successful and failed) and every time the backup-repair tool is
opened. Best-effort visibility log, not itself an access control — nothing here can be used
to sign in or change anything.

Shop groups
Optional. Group shops that belong together (same owner, same area) so Reports can be scoped to
the whole group at once. A shop with no group still appears everywhere as normal.
Repair a backup
Load a shop's backup file to review it for duplicate purchases, returns, and supplier or
customer payments. Nothing is sent anywhere — this runs entirely in your browser. Marking a
record void never deletes it: the original is kept in the file's own audit log with your
reason and the time, and can be undone before you download the corrected file.

Owners delete their account on caeloryn.net. It can be undone for 30 days, then the account, shops and backups are deleted by the nightly job. A red line means that job failed and it will try again the next night.

Reports
Trial length:
Applies to everything below: the weekly overview, questions, usage review, renewal priorities, call prep, support replies and drafted messages. The alternatives are for comparing answers — start with Fast.
Weekly overview
Ask about your shops
Product usage review
Product analytics: which screens and actions actually get used across the fleet, what that says about the product, and what to build or cut next. For you — not something to send a shop.
Renewal priorities
Ranks trial and soon-expiring shops by how likely they are to convert or renew, with a suggested move for each.
Prepare for a shop call
Everything worth knowing before phoning a shop's owner — account state plus 3 talking points.
Support reply
Paste a shop owner's question — get a WhatsApp-ready reply grounded in what Bakala POS actually does (it will say so if a feature doesn't exist, never invent one).
Data opportunities
Ideas proposed from anonymous, fleet-wide totals — never one shop's numbers. Validate the ones that look real, approve the ones worth building. Approved ones reach Control OS as ideas for you to promote; nothing is built automatically.
Control OS connection
Control OS pulls approved opportunities with an export token. The token is shown once; keep it in Control OS → Settings → Agents & keys.
Copy it now — it will not be shown again.
Edit shop
Enter the monthly equivalent. For an annual plan, KD 15.000 means KD 180.000 billed once per year.

Shop groups
Draft a message
Renew subscription
Choose "extend only" for a free extension, a goodwill period, or when the money arrives separately.
Record a payment
What the money bought. Recorded on the payment, and does not change the shop's access date.
Delete shop permanently
This permanently destroys, with no undo:
every daily sales total this shop has synced
its entire subscription payment history
its encrypted cloud backups
To suspend access instead — reversible, keeps all data — close this and use Suspend access.
Enter your two-step code
This changes money, a licence or admin
access, so it needs a code from your authenticator app. You won't be asked again for 15 minutes.
