account (they sign up once at my.bakala-pos.com, or you create them in the Supabase
dashboard) — you then grant access by their email below.

Shop groups
Optional. Group shops that belong together (same owner, same area) so Reports can be scoped to
the whole group at once. A shop with no group still appears everywhere as normal.
Repair a backup
Load a shop's backup file to review it for duplicate purchases, returns, and supplier or
customer payments. Nothing is sent anywhere — this runs entirely in your browser. Marking a
record void never deletes it: the original is kept in the file's own audit log with your
reason and the time, and can be undone before you download the corrected file.

Control OS pulls approved opportunities with an export token. The token is shown once; keep it in Control OS → Settings → Agents & keys.
